A partir del 1 de enero de 2025, aumentar\u00e1 el tipo del impuesto sobre la renta en Estonia, lo que afectar\u00e1 directamente al salario de diciembre de los empleados. Los empleados recibir\u00e1n un salario inferior al habitual. Es importante que los empresarios tengan en cuenta este cambio para evitar sorpresas y mantener el nivel de motivaci\u00f3n de los empleados.<\/span><\/p>

Un empleado ten\u00eda un salario contractual de 820 euros brutos, se aplica el m\u00ednimo exento de impuestos, pensi\u00f3n de capitalizaci\u00f3n 2%. Para el mes de diciembre, en enero, el empleado habr\u00eda percibido 760,45 euros netos, lo que es inferior a su salario normal en 2024, que normalmente era de 763,18 euros netos. Esto se debe al incremento del IRPF a partir del 01.01.2025.
