Digitaalsete toodete m\u00fc\u00fcgile keskenduva ettev\u00f5tte asutamisel Euroopa Liidus on alustavatel ettev\u00f5tetel mitmeid maksukohustusi. Erilist t\u00e4helepanu tuleks p\u00f6\u00f6rata k\u00e4ibemaksueeskirjadele, kuna need erinevad oluliselt traditsiooniliste kaupade ja teenuste suhtes kohaldatavatest eeskirjadest. \u00dcks olulisemaid punkte on Euroopa \u00fchtsel turul kehtiv 10 000 euro suurune piirm\u00e4\u00e4r, mille \u00fcletamisel peavad Eesti idufirmad saama Eesti k\u00e4ibemaksukohustuslasena registreerimise numbri, et kasutada OSS-s\u00fcsteemi.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Erinevalt tavap\u00e4rastest teenustest, mille k\u00fcnnis on 40 000 eurot, on digitaalsete toodete puhul madalam, 10 000 euro suurune k\u00fcnnis.
