T\u00f6\u00f6andjatel on oluline selle muudatusega arvestada, et v\u00e4ltida \u00fcllatusi ja s\u00e4ilitada t\u00f6\u00f6tajate motivatsioonitaset.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kui soovite, et teie t\u00f6\u00f6tajad saaksid j\u00e4tkuvalt sama netopalka kui varem, peate t\u00f6\u00f6lepingutes suurendama brutopalka. Jaanuari detsembrikuu eest oleks t\u00f6\u00f6taja saanud 760,45 eurot neto, mis on v\u00e4hem kui tema tavap\u00e4rane palk 2024. aastal, mis oli tavaliselt 763,18 eurot neto. See tuleneb tulumaksu t\u00f5usust alates 01.01.2025. Veebruaris aga saaks ta juba 810,08 eurot neto.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
