Mis aga juhtub siis, kui ametlikud dokumendid, n\u00e4iteks majandusaasta aruanded, koostatakse riigis, kus inglise keelel puudub \u00f5iguslik staatus?<\/p><p>See k\u00fcsimus on eriti oluline ettev\u00f5tetele, mis tegutsevad riikides, mis meelitavad v\u00e4lisinvesteeringuid, kuid s\u00e4ilitavad kohaliku \u00f5iguss\u00fcsteemi ja dokumendikeele n\u00f5uded.<\/p><p>Kas ettev\u00f5tted peaksid kulutama aega ja ressursse majandusaasta aruande ingliskeelse versiooni koostamisele? Esmapilgul tundub see mugav: lisada ingliskeelne versioon partnerite ja investorite jaoks.<\/p><p>Praktikas toimub aga j\u00e4rgmine:<\/p><ul><li>s\u00fcsteem v\u00f5imaldab vormid t\u00e4ita eesti ja inglise keeles;<\/li><li>ametlikult esitatakse ja allkirjastatakse ainult eestikeelne versioon;<\/li><li>ingliskeelne versioon sisaldab m\u00e4rget, et see on ainult informatiivne.<\/li><\/ul><p><i>Aruande ingliskeelset versiooni s\u00fcsteemis ei allkirjastata ja seda ei esitata registrile ametliku dokumendina.<\/i><\/p><p>See t\u00e4hendab, et ingliskeelsel versioonil puudub \u00f5iguslik j\u00f5ud. See v\u00f5ib olla kasulik teabep\u00f5hise t\u00f5lkena, kuid ei asenda ametlikku aruannet. koostada ametlik eestikeelne PDF ja see allkirjastada;<\/li><li>seej\u00e4rel vajaduse korral t\u00f5lkida l\u00f5plik allkirjastatud aruanne inglise keelde professionaalse t\u00f5lkija v\u00f5i usaldusv\u00e4\u00e4rse t\u00f5lket\u00f6\u00f6riista abil;<\/li><li>kui dokumenti on vaja ametlikuks esitamiseks v\u00e4lismaal, tellida kinnitatud t\u00f5lge, notariaalne kinnitus v\u00f5i riskikapitalifondile;<\/li><li>v\u00e4lismaisele emaettev\u00f5ttele v\u00f5i rahvusvahelisele kontsernile;<\/li><li>teise jurisdiktsiooni regulaatorile v\u00f5i riigiasutusele.<\/li><\/ul><p>Sellistel juhtudel ei piisa registri mitteametlikust informatiivsest versioonist tavaliselt.
