Legal Address Service in Estonia
Use a stable Tallinn address for your Estonian company and receive business correspondence remotely. For eligible AccRes accounting clients, the registered office is provided at Meistri tn 6, Tallinn. Mailbox service and digital mail forwarding are not included automatically and are ordered separately on request.
Registered Tallinn address
The agreed address can be entered as the company’s legal address in the Estonian Commercial Register.
Mailbox service
Mailbox service is not included automatically in accounting plans and must be ordered separately on request. Once activated, it covers the handling of correspondence received for the company.
Digital forwarding
Once the separately requested mailbox service is activated, documents are digitised where appropriate and forwarded to the company’s agreed representative.
Combined company support
The service works together with accounting, annual-report preparation and the contact-person service where required.
What is a legal address?
An Estonian company must have a registered address recorded in the Commercial Register. This address is part of the company’s public registry details and is used for business and official correspondence. It should remain valid and monitored while the company is registered.

Mailbox service on request
Mailbox service and digital forwarding of correspondence are not included automatically in the accounting plans or legal address service. They must be ordered separately on request.
Legal address versus contact person
The legal address identifies the company’s registered office. A contact person is a qualified recipient for official documents when the management board is outside Estonia and the statutory conditions apply. The roles are related but not interchangeable.
