AccRes

Company Registration in Estonia for e-Residents

Set up an Estonian private limited company (OÜ) remotely with a clear registration process and practical support after incorporation. AccRes prepares the Commercial Register application, completes KYC checks and helps you organise the legal address, contact person and accounting setup.

Remote OÜ registration

We prepare the registry application for electronic signature with your e-Residency digital ID.

KYC and document review

We check the ownership, business activity and required supporting information before filing.

Registered office setup

Eligible accounting packages include an Estonian legal address and, where required, a licensed contact person.

Accounting from day one

After registration, we can set up monthly bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and annual-report workflows.

Why register a company in Estonia?

  • EU company: an Estonian OÜ operates within the European Union’s legal framework and uses the euro.
  • Digital administration: e-Residency lets eligible founders sign documents and use many Estonian public and private e-services online.
  • Tax on distributed profits: Estonia generally taxes corporate profit when it is distributed rather than when it is earned and retained. The exact treatment depends on the transaction.
  • Remote cooperation: company administration and accounting can be organised online, including for owners who live outside Estonia.

How the registration process works

  1. Tell us about the planned business. We collect founder, owner and activity information and complete the required KYC review.
  2. Choose the company details. You confirm the name, business activity, shareholders, management board and contact details.
  3. Review and sign the application. We prepare the Commercial Register application and the eligible founders sign it digitally.
  4. The Commercial Register reviews the filing. Processing time depends on whether the application is complete and whether the registrar requests changes.
  5. Start the post-registration setup. We help organise accounting, the annual report, legal address and contact-person obligations.

What happens after registration?

Registration is only the start. The company must keep accounting records and file an annual report. Depending on where the management board is located, it may also need a licensed contact person. AccRes can combine these obligations with monthly accounting and a legal address in Estonia.
