Nola Special tariff plan

The Nola Special plan includes a full range of accounting and administrative services, including:

• legal address and contact person;
• preparation and submission of the annual report;
• Monthly accounting
• processing of bank statements;
• preparation of the monthly profit and loss report (P&L);
• submission of tax reports (TSD, KMD, VD);
• issuing sales invoices as instructed by the client;
• processing payments of expense invoices as instructed by the client;
• communication via the agreed channel;
• phone support during working hours.

The monthly plan cost is fixed — €250 + VAT. It includes 5 hours of accountant’s work.

• If the work takes less than 5 hours, no recalculation is made.
• If more time is required, each additional hour is billed at a rate of €50 + VAT.
• Minimum service duration — 5 hours per month.

The accountant works and responds to inquiries from 09:00 to 16:00 on weekdays.

• If a request is received after 16:01, it will be processed on the next business day.
• Estonian public holidays are considered non-working days.
• Communication is carried out through the agreed channel — email, messenger, or phone.

If a request is received after 16:01 on Friday and needs to be completed the same day, it is possible to arrange urgent work at an increased rate of €75 + VAT per hour.

Overtime work is performed only by mutual agreement and subject to the accountant’s availability.

Yes. If your company needs more accounting hours, we can set a custom volume and switch to a mixed payment model. Each additional hour is billed at the base rate of €50 + VAT.
