Company registration through our system starts from €350, if you already have an e-Residency card.
- The price includes preparation of all documents, registration with the Commercial Register, and a consultation on choosing the right company form.
- If you don’t have e-Residency yet, we’ll help you apply for it — the state fee (€120) and card delivery are paid separately.
- The legal address and contact person are included in the price if you become our accounting client.
- Note: If you do not subscribe to an accounting plan after company registration, the contact person service will cost €200 per year + VAT, and the legal address service will also cost €200 per year + VAT.
