Company registration through our system starts from €350 if you already have an e-Residency card.
- The price includes the preparation of all documents, registration with the Commercial Register, and a consultation on choosing the right company form.
- If you don’t have e-Residency yet, we’ll help you apply for it — the state fee (€120) and card delivery are paid separately.
- The legal address and contact person are already included in the price if you become our accounting client.
- Note: If you do not subscribe to an accounting plan after company registration, the contact person service will cost €200 per year + VAT, and the legal address service will also cost €200 per year + VAT.
No, you don’t need to come to Estonia. The entire process is completed online using an e-Residency card and a digital signature.
After registration, you’ll get access to the official Entrepreneur Portal, where you can manage your company remotely.
If you already have an e-Residency card, registration usually takes 1–3 business days.
If you need to apply for e-Residency, the process usually takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the country where the application is submitted.
