How much does it cost to start a company in Estonia?

Company registration through our system starts from €350 if you already have an e-Residency card.

• The price includes the preparation of all documents, registration with the Commercial Register, and a consultation on choosing the right company form.
• If you don’t have e-Residency yet, we’ll help you apply for it — the state fee (€120) and card delivery are paid separately.
