Nola 3.0 — plan for medium-sized companies with a VAT number. For €149 per month + VAT you get:
- legal address and contact person;
- Preparing and filing the annual report
- Monthly accounting
- invoice generator — unlimited sales;
- Accounting for up to 60 expense accounts per month
- Up to 8 bank or fintech accounts;
- VAT, OSS / IOSS declarations;
- Multi-currency and crypto transactions;
- Payroll calculation for up to 5 employees in Estonia;
- API integrations and automation of reporting.
An additional €3.50 + VAT per month is added for the use of accounting software.
Nola 3.0 is suitable for companies that:
- operate in Estonia or the EU and conduct active trading activities;
- have regular VAT operations and require OSS/IOSS accounting;
- serve up to 5 employees in Estonia (payroll, taxes, TSD);
- use several banks and fintech platforms (up to 8 accounts);
- process up to 60 expense documents per month and do not want sales restrictions.
If your company has more than 5 employees, add the Nola Employee option — €10 + VAT per month for every additional 3 employees. This is a convenient way to expand your accounting without switching to a custom plan.
At the beginning of each month, you receive a reminder to upload documents for the previous period to your Nola Accounting account. We accept PDF, JPG, PNG files and electronic invoices from fintech platforms (LHV, Wise, Wamo, and others).
- VAT (KMD and VD), including OSS and IOSS for international operations;
- Income tax and social tax on salaries (TSD);
- Accounting for dividends and other payments to participants;
- Corporate income tax on distributed profits (22/78), if applicable;
- Preparation and submission of the annual report to the Business Register.
If the number of documents exceeds the plan limits by 25% for two consecutive months, we’ll contact you and suggest switching to a custom solution or expanding your plan with the Employee option. All changes are discussed in advance — no unexpected fees or service interruptions.
