Why some reports are still pending
The process sometimes takes longer due to clients’ schedules. In some cases, documents for the previous year arrive later than expected; in others, the draft report is ready but still awaits final confirmation and electronic signing.
How we manage the process
To maintain a high level of on-time filing above 98%, we have built a clear workflow:
we provide clients with a monthly list of required documents;
after preparing the report, we send regular reminders about the need to sign it;
we share clear instructions on how to add an accountant and sign the report.
What’s next
In the next cycle, we plan to collect documents earlier, improve communication templates, and use more automated reminders. The goal remains the same: to make annual report filing simple, timely, and as convenient as possible for clients.
