Price plan Nola 1.0

The price will be fixed if the following conditions are met:

• Sales invoices are generated through our system, with no more than 15 per month
• No more than 15 expense invoices per month
• You upload expense invoices and a bank statement to our Nola Accounting system monthly
• The number of bank accounts or accounts in payment systems is not more than 2
• Bank account currency can only be in EURO
• A separate charge of €3.50 + VAT for the use of accounting software will be added to the monthly invoice.

Yes. We do not charge any extra for the annual report.

At the beginning of each month you will receive an automatic reminder to upload the previous month's documents.
You should upload the documents to your personal account in Nola Accounting.

• Until you distribute the profits, no tax is due. There is no corporate income tax on retained and reinvested profits.
• If you decide to start paying yourself a salary, you will incur hiking (22%) and social security (33%) taxes. If you get an employee, you will need to upgrade to the next tariff or activate an additional Nola Employee tariff.
• If you want to pay yourself a dividend, the tax on it is 22/78.
• If your company's income/turnover for the calendar year exceeds EUR 40,000 for transactions with the EU or Estonia, you will be obliged to obtain an Estonian VAT number. In this case, you will be charged 24% or 0% depending on who your customer is.

If you know that your business is going to expend, you should write to us to change your price plan. In case amount of documents exceeds current plan for 25% two months in the row, the plan will be changed automatically.
