Why some reports are still pending
The process sometimes takes longer due to clients’ schedules. In certain cases, documents for the previous year arrive later than expected, and in others the draft report is ready but still awaits final confirmation and electronic signing.
How we manage the process
To maintain a high level of on-time filing (above 98%), we have established a clear workflow:
providing clients with a monthly checklist of required documents;
after preparing the report, sending regular reminders about the need for signing;
sharing clear instructions on how to add an accountant and sign the report.
What’s next
For the next cycle, we plan to implement earlier document collection, improved communication templates, and more automated reminders. Our goal remains the same: to make annual report filing simple, timely, and as convenient as possible for our clients..
